I finally found out that it is because of hostname conflict that has done somthing to mysql service not to be abel to restart and return those errors
1- I went to the Direct Admin control panel
2- Clicked on Administrator Settings
3- in Server Settings (will restart DirectAdmin) Pane I Corected
Server’s Hostname
NS1
NS2
settings

Then I restarted Mysql and it could be restarted without any problems
