Hi Every body
I found this solution very quick and easy both for anchored categories and non anchored categories in magento for changing the default limit of 3 products in each row of products to any desired numbers

I’m sure you would overcome this so easy so do my instructin without any stress

first go to

/app/design/frontend/default/hellowired/layout

then choose to edit catalog.xml in that directory

for non anchored categories please find somthing similar to this

Please note this line that it is not there by default and has been added manually

the number 4 that is nested between tag will define the limit of amount of columns in each row of products items

the same as non anchored categories you jus need to add
4
