Hello,
Cpanel has been the one in the marathon of WebHosting control Panels and many Webhosting use this Control panel to offer their customer. Other than powerful software and reliablity Cpanel Offers it has the best support than the others.

But recently I noticed after upgrading to the latest Cpanel version even on new installation the Easy Apache fails to be completed and endup to something like this.

chmod 755 /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_bw.so
[activating module `bw' in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf]
-- End step 'apxsing bandwidth module' --
-- Begin step 'activating bandwidth module' --
-- End step 'activating bandwidth module' --
-- Begin step 'setup setbwlimit script' --
-- End step 'setup setbwlimit script' --
-- Begin step 'bandwidth module httpd.conf setup' --
-- End step 'bandwidth module httpd.conf setup' --
-- End opt 'Mod Bandwidth' --
-- Begin 'GZIP' is off--
-- End 'GZIP' is off --
-- Begin 'ModJk 1.2.37' is off--
-- End 'ModJk 1.2.37' is off --
-- Begin 'Tomcat 5.5' is off--
-- End 'Tomcat 5.5' is off --
-- Begin 'Mod Mono (.Net 1.x)' is off--
-- End 'Mod Mono (.Net 1.x)' is off --
-- Begin 'Mod Mono (.Net 2.x)' is off--
-- End 'Mod Mono (.Net 2.x)' is off --
-- Begin opt 'Mod Perl' --
!! Failed to install CPAN Perl module(s) Inline Data::Flow Time::ParseDate IPC::Run3 Devel::Cover !!

The problem is shown
!! Failed to install CPAN Perl module(s) Inline Data::Flow Time::ParseDate IPC::Run3 Devel::Cover !!
I tried it on any new Centos Installation, even if the OS is 64bit or 32 bit, no matter if it is a dedicated or a VPS(Virtual Private Server)
I thought it may be my fault that the OS is crashed but I went to dig in further to find the problem out.

I read the red output that was actualy saying that some Perl Modules are missing through the cpan
Cpan is also a perl module that is a installer of perl modules

The fix is easy
just run the Cpan and that the output would be something similar to the following

root@ns21 [~]# cpan
Terminal does not support AddHistory.
cpan>

After that in the cpan run this

install Data::Flow Time::ParseDate IPC::Run3 Devel::Cover

Above are actualy all the missing perl modules that will be installed by issuing the install at the first of the line.
This may take a while so please dont do any thing and let the task finishes by itself
after every thing installed and the process finished click exit, to exit from the cpan and run easyapache again by issuing

/scripts/easyapache

That’s all.
Hope this helped you out in this situation.

Thank You
Woshka
